• Account information: first name, last name, username, email, password hash, plan, language preference, and account settings.
• OAuth profile information, if social sign-in is enabled later: name, email address, provider account identifier, profile image when available, and birthdate only when the provider allows it and the user authorizes it.
• Game and creator content: prompts, game descriptions, game settings, assets uploaded or generated through the platform, publication status, and related activity.
• AI generation content: prompts and related game instructions may be sent to AI providers to create, moderate, or refine game plans and assets.
• Gameplay information: player identifiers, sessions, scores, records, rankings, timestamps, and game activity needed to operate leaderboards and game history.
• Technical and security data: cookies, IP address, browser/device metadata, logs, error reports, and signals used to prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.
• Communication data: messages, support requests, and preferences for product or service communications.

OAuth Providers

Pinagame may later support registration or sign-in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. If enabled, Pinagame will not receive or store provider passwords. We will request only the scopes needed to identify the user and communicate with them. Access can also be revoked from the provider account settings.

Apple does not provide birthdate through Sign in with Apple. Google and Facebook may provide birthdate only when the relevant permission is available, approved, and authorized by the user.

How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• Create and manage Pinagame accounts, plans, quotas, and portal access.
• Create, host, publish, and share games under Pinagame domains.
• Operate gameplay sessions, scores, rankings, records, and game analytics.
• Send service messages, security notices, account updates, and optional product communications.
• Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, technical issues, and violations of platform rules.
• Improve the platform, debug issues, and develop future creator tools.
• Comply with legal, tax, security, and contractual obligations.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Pinagame uses essential cookies to keep users signed in and to remember language preferences. We may later add analytics or product measurement tools; if we do, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls where required.

When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the platform, comply with obligations, or protect users and the service.

• Infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, security, and payment providers.
• AI service providers used to generate, moderate, or refine game plans and creator assets.
• OAuth providers if users later choose to sign in with them.
• Public game pages, rankings, scores, and creator/game information that users choose to publish.
• Authorities, legal advisors, or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor organization if Pinagame is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets.

Public Games And Rankings

Games published through Pinagame may be visible to other people. Public pages can include game names, creator usernames, scores, rankings, records, and player display names. Creators are responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for that content.

Data Retention

We keep account, game, and score information while the account or game remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, security, legal, and operational purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or aggregate it.

Your Choices And Rights

• You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information.
• If social sign-in is enabled later, you may revoke OAuth access from Google, Facebook, or Apple account settings.
• You may opt out of optional marketing communications.
• Some requests may be limited by security, fraud-prevention, contractual, legal, or technical requirements.

Children

Pinagame is not directed to children under 13. If a creator uses Pinagame in a classroom, community, or event involving minors, the creator is responsible for obtaining required permissions and using privacy-appropriate settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS, secure session cookies, restricted server access, and database-backed sessions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Pinagame may process and store information in the United States or other countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. By using the service, users understand that information may be processed outside their country of residence.
